1. Local Delivery Right To Your Door

We offer free local delivery to the Portland area for orders of $75 or more! For orders under $75, delivery is a flat rate of $6. We deliver on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays — once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email notification.

As long as everything is in stock, your order will be packed and ready within 24 hours. If any item is out of stock, we'll email you within 24 hours with an estimated availability date.

2. In-Store Pickup

Still want to come say hello to your Pets on Broadway friends? No problem! Choose "Pickup at Store" at checkout and we'll do the shopping for you. As long as everything is in stock, we'll have your order packed and ready within 24 hours. We'll send you an email as soon as it's waiting behind the counter — no wondering required!

If we're able to source the item, we'll be in touch with details on pricing and estimated arrival.
