Want a fast way to get your pet’s faves? We offer FREE local delivery to East Portland, North Milwaukie, Happy Valley, and West Gresham for orders of $75 or more!


What’s so great about local delivery?

  • Never miss a delivery. No coordinating with carriers, “sorry we missed you” notes, or packages held at the post office.
  • Environmentally friendly. We use minimal packaging and plan our delivery routes to be as fuel-efficient as possible.
  • No cost to you. Free delivery for orders over $75. Otherwise, it's just $6.
  • Contactless delivery. We work hard to keep our customers and staff safe, and that applies to delivery as well. 

How do you select local delivery when placing your order?

On the checkout page you will see the Delivery options "Ship to me" or "Pick up", select "Ship to me".  When you finish entering your shipping address, you will be prompted with a Shipping Method below. You will see the option to ship the order, or if you are in our local delivery zone, you will also have the option for "local delivery". Select local delivery and continue checking out. Your order will automatically be delivered to you by one of our Pets on Broadway's delivery drivers. Be sure to add any instructions on accessing your preferred delivery location, i.e., door code, unit number, deliver to side door, etc.

What about deliveries for large items purchased in store?

We are not offering delivery for in-store-purchased items such as cat trees, glass aquariums and terrariums, live animals, frozen food, or any other oversized items that would be difficult to carry. 

What else do I need to know about local delivery?

Before you get your order delivered:

  • Typically, orders go out for delivery within 72 hours or sooner. If there are any delays, we will email you with more information as soon as possible.
  • If there are any specific instructions your delivery driver should know, such as gate codes or information you have not already included in the “Delivery Notes” section of your order during checkout, please let us know by replying to your confirmation email.

At the time of delivery:

  • For the safety of our staff, delivery drivers are not permitted to enter customer homes for any reason - we will do our best to make your order as accessible to you as possible!
  • We love to see your pets! Please keep any pets safely at a distance when the delivery driver arrives.
