What’s so great about local delivery?
- Never miss a delivery. No coordinating with carriers, “sorry we missed you” notes, or packages held at the post office.
- Environmentally-friendly. Minimal amount of packaging and we plan our delivery routes to be as fuel-efficient as possible.
- No cost to you. Free delivery for orders over $75. Otherwise, it's just $6.
- Contactless delivery. We work hard to keep our customers and staff safe, and that applies to delivery as well.
How do you select local delivery when placing your order?
At checkout when you enter your shipping address, there will be the options "I'll pick up my order in-store", or "Ship me my order, please!" - If you choose "Ship me my order, please!" and your zip code is one of the ones mentioned above, your order will automatically be delivered to you by one of our Pets on Broadway's delivery drivers. Be sure to add any instructions on accessing your preferred delivery spot so we can get your order to you.
What about large items purchased in-store?
Yes! If you purchased a cat tower or other oversized item that won’t fit in your car or is too heavy to carry, and you live in one of the zip codes below, ask your cashier about delivery! We’ll get your item delivered to you in the next 1-2 days.
What else do I need to know about local delivery?
Before you get your order delivered:
- Typically, orders go out for delivery within 72 hours or sooner. If there are delays for any reason we will be sure to email you with more information as soon as possible.
- If there are any specific instructions that your delivery driver should know such as gate codes or information that you have not already included in the “Special Instructions For The Seller” section of your order during the checkout process, we ask that you please let us know by responding to your confirmation email.
- If you require physical assistance or other accommodations pertaining to your local delivery, we ask that you please let us know by responding to your confirmation email.
At the time of delivery:
- Delivery drivers are not permitted to enter customer homes for any reason - we will do our best to make your order as accessible to you as possible!
- We love to see your pets! Please keep any pets safely at a distance when the delivery driver arrives.
